Years ago I was given the opportunity to take a phone survey on happiness. I was asked a number of questions and a couple of those questions were, do you have plenty of water to drink and do you feel that you have adequate access to fruits and vegetables. That question transformed the way I look at blessings. I didn't have to hesitate when answering that question. Not only do I have water and fruit and vegetables I also have plenty of meat and a whole myriad of other foods to eat. When I look at how many of God's children live on so much less I have to take a moment to count my blessings!
I am so thankful for delicious and nutritious food.
